1.Shipping Costs

Product Weight: Gross weight (kg)
Trade Terms: EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP
Destination: Shipping costs vary by country and port
Shipping Mode: Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL)
Important Note: Due to variations in cargo volume, weight, and destination for each order, shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically on our website. Please contact us for an accurate quote based on your specific order.

3.Customs Clearance & Duties
Under EXW / FCA / FOB / CIF Terms:
Destination customs clearance and all import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility (you may handle this yourself or hire a local customs broker).
Under DDP Terms:
Destination customs clearance and all import duties/taxes are our responsibility (these costs are already included in the final quoted price).
4. Delivery & Inspection Instructions
Regardless of the trade term used, please make sure to check the following when taking delivery/receiving the goods:
Inspect the outer packaging: Confirm it is intact, without obvious damage, water ingress, or severe deformation.
Verify product quantity: Check that the quantity matches your order and the accompanying documents.
Inspect product appearance: Check for any damage, scratches, dents, or deformation that may affect usability.
If you find any issues, take the following actions immediately:
Document on-site: Take clear photos or videos of the problem area as evidence.
Notify us promptly: Contact us within 24 hours of taking delivery and provide the evidence.
Risk Notice:
For shipments under EXW, FCA, FOB, or CIF terms, the risk of loss or damage and title to the goods transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the carrier or loaded onto the vessel. Therefore, on-site inspection upon delivery and timely notification are critical steps to protect your rights and facilitate any subsequent claims.
